When you walk up to the restaurant, the blue-colored building and the potted plants next to the large double doors create a welcoming and calming environment. When you sit down in these chairs for the first time, you won’t want to get up. The chairs are so comfortable you will end up staying and ordering more food and drinks. The tables are large to make things easier for groups to purchase more than one entree so they can share it. You won’t feel cramped. There will be enough room for people to reach across the table to grab sushi from each dish that’s spread out on the table. You can choose to eat at the bar if you’re ordering drinks. The drinks the bartenders make are colorful and taste great. In addition to all of these exciting features, the restaurant maintains a casual atmosphere during the day and nighttime hours. The restaurant is located in the Hilton hotel so don’t be confused if you think your GPS has led you to a different place. You’re in the right area.

The food that you will receive is colorful and full of flavor. They have several signature rolls on their dinner menu. Many customers tend to go for the Hawaiian roll because it sounds tropical. If you like spicy foods, then this would be a great choice. It has spicy ahi tuna, cucumber, tuna, salmon, and avocado rolled up and sliced into perfectly proportional slices. If you have children, they typically won’t eat sushi so there’s a special section on the menu for them. The popular items are grilled cheese, hot dogs, and chicken fingers, but a lot of the older children like the junior burger sliders. Each dish comes with french fries and fruit. You can also choose either potato chips or white rice to complete the meal.

# 9 – Seito Sushi

There are a lot of things that will draw your attention to this restaurant and will have you coming back as a returning customer. During the daytime hours, the restaurant is bright and cheerful. The customers are having a good time and enjoying their food. As the sun goes down, the restaurant turns from bright and cheerful to intimate and relaxed. No matter what time of the day it is, you will love the spheres filled with light that is hanging from the ceiling. There are extra lights next to the booth and on the walls of the restaurant to create a brighter space. In the back of the restaurant, you may notice a wall filled with racks that are cased with wine bottles. Customers can go up to the wall to find their favorite kind of wine or you can select something new that you haven’t tried and purchase it for your table. If not, you can ask the bartender to pour you a glass or get a bottle down for you.

All of the sushi may look good to you and you cannot decide which one to order. If that’s your dilemma, then try the trilogy. You will receive 3 pieces of tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. You can also choose between the nigiri or sashimi to go along with your sushi rolls. If someone at your table is already ordering sushi and you’re sharing off of their plate, you may want to choose something different. The lamb chops may be something you don’t order too much of so order this entree and see if you like it. The lamb chops come from Australia, and it’s seasoned with a sweet soy glaze. You will receive a side of roasted potatoes and eryngii mushrooms. Shiso chimichurri and aji Amarillo are put on top of the lamb chops for extra flavor.

# 8 – Dragonfly Robata Grill & Sushi

If you are hot and tired after being at Sea World all day, come to this restaurant for dinner for a relaxing evening. It’s a little over 3 miles away from Sea World. This restaurant is impressive. Some things about this place will amaze you before you even sit down to try the food. There is a large kitchen in the back of the restaurant that you may gravitate towards. There are seats around the kitchen and you can see how the chef prepares the sushi. Even though the chefs are right in front of you, place an order with your waiter or waitress because the chefs will be too busy preparing food to take your order. The restaurant is attractive and laid back, but one of the exciting parts that this restaurant has to offer is the amazing patio. Part of the patio is filled with couches and chairs where you can sit and chat or wait for a table. The patio tables are long and are perfect for a large number of people. You have the perfect view of the water fountain that’s outside in the center. The patio is undercover and has curtains to create an elegant atmosphere. It’s no wonder why this restaurant has been awarded the number one restaurant for travelers, and we haven’t even gotten to the food yet.

There are a few different sushi rolls to choose from. Some are spicy and some are mild so there are some for everyone The Nigiri is one of the most popular sushi rolls. There are two pieces per order. Once it has been assembled and cut up, it will come down to six pieces, which is plenty. Sushi is very filling. It is rolled with rice on the inside and seaweed on the outside. Not only do they have sushi, but they also sell seafood. One of the top seafood dishes is the shrimp dish. When the shrimp comes out of the fryer, it is golden brown and crispy on the outside. It is topped with candied walnuts, jalapenos, and cilantro. This entree also comes with a garlic yuzu mousseline sauce mixed with the shrimp.

# 7 – Sushi Katana

Here’s another restaurant that’s close to a theme park. As everyone knows, theme park food can be pretty expensive. Why would you eat dinner at a theme park instead of going somewhere on your way home that may be a little cheaper? This restaurant is in the Millenia area so it’s only a few miles from Universal Studios. Just like the previous restaurant mentioned, this restaurant has a large kitchen area where guests can sit down and enjoy their meal while they watch the chefs prepare other customers’ food. It also helps you to decide what you’re looking for in a sushi roll and see the cuts of meat that will be rolled up in a roll. There’s also a television in that area if you and your family are all sports enthusiasts. The dining area has a casual vibe and relaxed atmosphere about the place. Everywhere you look customers are taking photos of their food and scraping their plates because it’s too good to leave any behind.

The chicken teriyaki dish is a hit with the customers. The chicken breast is grilled with seasonings, such as salt and pepper, and other flavors. Once it has been cooked all the way through, it is placed in a teriyaki glaze. The glaze will stick to the chicken as soon as it’s taken off the grill so you don’t lose any of that teriyaki flavor. You can’t come to a sushi restaurant without trying their sushi so try the sushi platter Ichi. You will receive two different kinds of rolls, and both of them will have the nigiri sushi flavor. One roll will be hamachi, and the other roll will be tuna. Altogether you will receive 8 pieces. You will also get your choice of miso soup or a garden salad. This restaurant doesn’t allow any substitutions when it comes to the food.

# 6 – Kimonos

As most people know, Orlando is the theme park’s capital. Kimonos is close to Disney World. Disney’s meal prices can get expensive, so drive over to Kimonos for an affordable meal after a long day at the park. When you walk inside the restaurant, you may feel small but that’s because the restaurant is huge. It has a large dining space that has three columns of seating so they can fit as many people as they can into this restaurant. In the back of the restaurant, you will find their bar. You can’t miss it. Cylinder lights are hanging overhead to add a little uniqueness to the place. All in all this restaurant is pretty casual, but having lights on the walls to make it glow demonstrates a bit of elegance to your evening. You can also be seated around the kitchen area. In front of you, you will see thick portions of meat on display. The chefs place them on display to help you choose what you want to order. What do you feel like eating after spending the whole day at Disney?

Kimonos have some of the best sushi you will probably ever taste. If you want a little bit of a healthier taste, try the asparagus roll. It’s filled with vegetables that make your taste buds dance in excitement. In the asparagus roll, you will find asparagus and cream cheese to fill up the roll. If you’re looking for something a little more hearty, try the California roll. A lot is going on in this roll, flavor-wise. When you take a bite, you should be able to taste krab, avocado, and cucumber. If you want to replace the original krab and go for something a little more extravagant, you can choose the smelt roe snow krab. However, it will be for an additional charge.

# 5 – Mikado Japanese Steakhouse

This is another sushi restaurant that’s just over 3 and a half miles from Disney. Bring on the fire. One of the main attractions at this restaurant is you are seated at a large table, and the chef prepares your food in front of your face. You may see the fire when the oil and water hit the hot grill. Some of the chefs may do a little show while you’re waiting for your food. They do that to show off their skills and to keep you coming back for another show. The patio is gorgeous. Fair warning. The patio tables do not have grills on them so if you’re looking to sit outside, you should order something on the menu where the chef won’t need to cook in front of you. Sitting on the patio is worth it, and it’s even more special when you’re sitting outside watching the sunset. It’s a beautiful atmosphere and you wouldn’t want to miss it. Each patio seating arrangement has umbrellas to keep from you getting too hot and tired. There is also a strand of lights or two hanging from the roof of the restaurant to make things a little brighter so you can see.

If you want to be daring, try the fire sushi roll. There are a lot of spicy flavors happening in this roll. You will get all the elements of a California roll, and it also comes with spicy tuna. Spicy mayo is drizzled on top of your roll to enhance the spice. Also on top, you will get a taste of the tempura crunch. It’s the same breading that’s used for the tempura shrimp. Another sushi roll with a lot of flavors and a spicy twist to the roll is the red dragon roll. You will receive some spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. Drizzled on top, you have red tobiko, spicy mayo, sriracha sauce, and tempura crunches. You may find some of these flavors rolled up with the tuna and shrimp tempura. On the side, you will get a taste of their crab salad.

# 4 – Sushiology

This is another restaurant that’s close to Sea World so you have a choice on which one to go to. This restaurant is in a plaza so as you’re driving along trying to find the place, don’t look for a standalone restaurant. When you walk inside, they have a large menu that’s plastered on the walls. You can walk up and take your time deciding what you want to order. This restaurant also has large tables for sharing portions with family and friends. You may see a blue area in the back of the restaurant and you may be thinking about what that is. There are a few lights that hang from the ceiling, and the lampshades are blue, which turns that corner into a bright shade of blue. This blue corner is where the chefs are preparing your meal. You can see them rolling and slicing the sushi behind their counter. This restaurant is warm and inviting and people love enjoying their food in a casual atmosphere.

Each menu item has what they serve and the description under each one. If you’re looking for sushi, you may want to purchase an eel California roll. It has everything that a California roll has with a grilled eel on top of the roll. The Rainbow is another popular sushi roll, and it has a few more components than the previous sushi roll mentioned. It has the same things that a California roll has, and it’s wrapped with tuna. It also has salmon, snapper, & shrimp all rolled up together.

If you have never been here before, you may feel like your GPS has taken you to the wrong place. If you put in the address, you will be taken to a hotel. That’s because this restaurant is located inside the Loews Royal Pacific Resort by Universal Studios and is 4 miles away from Sea World. If you’re visiting Orlando, then you may already be at the hotel where the restaurant is located. This is a nice area in the hotel. It’s surrounded by large windows with flowers by the windows.
