5. Downtown Farmers Market
The farmers market in downtown Salt Lake City has been going on for several years now and you can find different workshops, events, and programs through this community. Every Saturday you can find the Downtown Farmers Market at Pioneer Park from 8am to 2pm between June to October. 1. Great Salt Lake Marina
The Great Salt Lake Marina is a state park located in Salt Lake City that is a beautiful space to go with the family or loved one for the day. You can find spectacular views and amazing sunsets, and different water activities to engage in. They’ve got pedal boats and even romantic dinner cruises. If you want to spend some time by the water then the Great Salt Lake Marina is a must while you are in Salt Lake City because you won’t regret it.
You will need to think about paying for parking which isn’t that much, day fees are roughly $3 per car. You can also camp if you want to for roughly $20 per night and their campground is open year-round. During the summer the park is open until sunset and there is a visitor center and gift shop to be found too. You might also see some drones flying around because there is permitted use of drones if you have the right permit for it. You can get a permit from the visitor center for $1 or you can bring it with you.
